if you have read my first post "black iron to a glamorous treasure" then you will remember these stamps used on the mirror! This was one of my first projects and sadly i do not have the pictures of before, but let me tell you; it was yucky! A lot of fun! check it out.

a little update .

hi everyone!
Sorry i have been slacking lately on my posting! I have been struggling on trying to make it possible for people who do not have a personal blog to be able to post comments and follow my blog! My decision was to make a new blog but it has not worked out quite how i like it! So, if anyone has any idea's please let me know! if you would like to enter for the give away just click sign up on the top right of the screen and create an account.  For my post today, i wanted to show you all my newest find! I have been searching for quite some time to find a vintage iron bed. Preferably a canopy! But let me tell you , finding a king size is close to impossible ! After my weeks of searching i finally stumped upon a beautiful bed!! To all of you who do not have the most creative mind i will show you a picture idea on what i plan on having the bed look like! Keep in mind the bed will be painted and have a complete white dreamy look ! enjoy!

it's hard for me to find an exact replication for what my room will look like! but close enough with the whites!

also i would like to finish the look of with a love seat at the end of the bed ,  here is one i like!

this is from ballard designs for around $300, i think ill find a better deal ;)

a beautiful present, for a beautiful bride! Her new last name starts with an S so i thought this was fitting ! This project was so much fun and personable at the same time! check it out! a little tedious at times, but the end result was amazing! just a few materials for this - a personalized frame of your choice ! a wooden letter, background paper, paint and the glamorous rhinestones (my must have)!

the vintage glam table ... almost finished

here it is! All of the credit's once again goto Gramma Kay for all the hard work she has put into this table. Painting with Dickie , distressing and all the other things that go along with making this a beautiful set! i LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! once it gets here we are going to reupholster the seats with a new teal aqua blue color ! i will post pictures of the outcome! check it out , leave comments! let me know if you are interested in one for yourself!

don't toss your mason jars*

That's right, if your jars aren't filled with peaches take them out for summertime!  Mason jars bring such a vintage farm touch to the house! I found my mason jar at a charity store, for only $.25 cents!  Can't beat that! I love the essence the jars bring once flowers are plotted in them!  I stole some flower's from my mothers house and she picked some wild ones today while we were on our morning run! Look how it came out! She should be a florist! its sparkling! let me know what you think?

 

an addition to the dreamy whites collection.

My new favorite theme is everything WHITE ! I love it, it's so clean, especially when you have two dogs! This will be one of the many items to be added to the dreamy whites collection I am starting. The lion really popped out to me! These are easy to find! They make great shoe holders, or anything holders for that matter. They can even make toddler's toys look nice and shabby ! check it out.
